Director of Service Operations
Bill Smith of Somers Point, NJ directs day to day field and help desk operations. Bill is also tasked with the dispatching of field resources for installation and maintenance, quality inspections, warehouse management and continues the management and overseeing of cabling and camera projects. He recently was ComTec’ s Technical Services Manager.
Before joining ComTec, Bill most recently worked for AT&T, as the market manager for the Philadelphia and South Jersey regions. Prior to that, Bill spent 18 years as the EF&I manager for Acuative, formerly Telsource Corporation.
Bill brings over 20 years of technical and project management experience to his role.
