Job Description

You will be part of the customer success team, reporting to the Senior Director of Customer Success. The Director, Program Management and Delivery will oversee programs and projects across ComTec’s solution offerings. This role will be responsible for management of multiple direct reports and the teams reporting to those managers. Key aspects of this role are leading high profile projects for clients through the established project management lifecycle, day-to-day management of the project management team and influencing-managing at the program level. Critical thinking and effective analysis of key business metrics are key attributes for this role with a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Drive team members to deliver on project delivery dates within scope and budget
  • Assess program structures and improved alignment and associated projects
  • Manage day-to-day aspects of the Project Management Organization
  • Responsible for managing high profile complex projects through the entire lifecycle including: planning, executing, monitoring and closing
  • Set and manage client expectations, internally and externally. Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and process improvements.

  • Ensure project and process documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
  • Partner with sales technology consultants support teams to ensure client experience is seamless
  • Manage resource forecasting & actuals for KPI reporting
  • Lead project status, risks, and critical tasks during bi-weekly meetings with the project management team
  • Coach, provide feedback, and be a resource for others with less experience
  • Lead retrospectives and lessons learned ensuring these are captured across the project team

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • PMP Certification Required
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in managing complex projects
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing teams in a matrix organizational structure
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing programs or leading a PMO
  • Ability to travel up to 15%
  • Master’s Degree Preferred
