You will be part of the customer success team, reporting to the Senior Director of Customer Success. The Director, Program Management and Delivery will oversee programs and projects across ComTec’s solution offerings. This role will be responsible for management of multiple direct reports and the teams reporting to those managers. Key aspects of this role are leading high profile projects for clients through the established project management lifecycle, day-to-day management of the project management team and influencing-managing at the program level. Critical thinking and effective analysis of key business metrics are key attributes for this role with a high level of customer satisfaction.
