We are seeking a Sales Administrator to assist with day to day responsibilities within the Sales department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare Move/Add/Change quotes for existing customers. Work with the Field/Service/Project Management Team to make sure that the required time and materials are being quoted to customer.
  • Enter new customers and keep existing customer information up to date.
  • Enter new opportunities into the system. Work with Management to make sure that all opportunities in the system are assigned and in the correct stage and status.
  • Assist Sales team with preparing their signed quotes for the conversion process and obtaining extra documentation or information needed to complete.
  • Entering Purchase Orders for vendors associated with new projects.
  • Maintain the products in the product catalog, enter new products into the catalog, and perform quarterly updates on the products within the product catalog.
  • Assist with developing, preparing, and organizing Standard Operating Procedures for the Department and the Company.
  • Other duties assigned by management.

This position is a salaried position and will be paid based on experience and performance. In addition to administrator’s base salary, they will also receive 1.5% override on profit converted on any opportunity closed in their name at the end of each quarter.

  • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge of ConnectWise,, Quickbooks preferred.
  • Valid US Drivers License required.
  • Reliable transportation.
