Job Summary:

Regarded as a technical leader in the company and possesses the skills necessary to install, maintain and support ComTec products and be able to manage enterprise accounts, lead a team, project manage and accomplish successful deliverables with little or no supervision.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional technical installation and customer support capabilities to an established nationwide base of commercial customers
  • Installation and support of customer Firewalls, Switches, Routers, WAP and hosted IP Phones. VOIP experience a plus.

Minimal Key Performance Indicators (“KPI”):

  • Meet or exceed company established Service Level Agreements with customer based.
  • Meet or exceed company established Utilization Metrics.
  • Meet or exceed company Customer Service Satisfaction Ratings.


  • Hands on Experience with Firewalls, Switches, Routers, Wireless Access Points
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Experience Training


  • CCNA, 7 years of experience or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures including technical, and supervision. Must have exceptional experience with infrastructure design and installation, troubleshooting, LAN, WAN, software and application knowledge.
