As the Senior Channel Manager here at ComTec my role is enabling our Partners the ability to deliver outstanding value to their end-user Clients and Customers.

What attracted you to ComTec?

Most companies I interviewed approach the market asking, ” How can our product deliver value?” ComTec approaches the market asking, “What’s of value to the customer?” The answer to that question then becomes the product.

What experience prepared you for your role here?

No single experience prepared me for my role as Senior Channel Manager at ComTec. Rather, it is the culmination of everything I done in my career; the companies I’ve worked for, the technologies I’ve worked with and most importantly, the people I’ve had the pleasure of being associated with that make me most effective for our Partners and their Customers.

Which Core Value is most important to you and why?

Of all ComTec’s core values: Integrity , Innovation, Problem Solving, Fearlessness, Vision, Reflectiveness and Customer Centric, I would say Customer Centric is most important of all. Because without the customer or without Customer Centricity, the rest of it simply doesn’t matter.
