Describe your role for our community.

Being a Customer Advocate my entire professional life, it has provided me with the experience and empathy needed to give clients world class service. Clients are always provided class-leading service from my staff as well as myself. Coaching my team to always look for opportunities to improve a client’s service during Business Reviews.

What attracted you to ComTec?

As a former employee I always knew that ComTec was a great company. Seeing the growth and constant improvements made it an obvious choice to come back.

What experience prepared you for your role here?

Prior to my current position at ComTec, I was a successful business owner for nearly 12 years. I have brought that knowledge with me and use it daily to help understand our client’s business needs. I take pride in having empathy for the client and always live by the philosophy of making my decisions based on the client’s needs.

Which Core Value is most important to you and why?

The obvious Core Value that is most important would-be Customer-Centric but if I had to pick another, it would be Visionary. I love that idea that we are perpetually looking in the future.
