Change VLAN on a Zultys Phone

  1. Press the “Menu” button
  2. Choose the “Advanced” option
  3. Enter the password for the phone and press “Enter”
  4. Go to “Network”
  5. Go to “VLAN”
  6. Go to “WAN Port”
  7. Here you will need to ensure that “VLAN Status” is “Enabled” and the “VID Number” is set to the desired VLAN. On certain models you may have to press the “Down Arrow” to get to the “VID Number”
  8. Once this is done press “Save”
  9. Press the “Back” until you are at the home screen. If you are prompted to restart the phone press “Yes” to restart. If you are not prompted to restart, then simply unplug the phone from power for 30 seconds then plug it back in.
