Checking if a Polycom Phone has an IP Address

  1. Press the “Home” button
  2. Got to “Settings”
  3. Go to “Status”
  4. Select “Network”
  5. Go to “TCP/IP Parameters”
  6. Here you will see a field labeled “IPV4 Addr”. The numbers listed here is the IP Address that the phone is getting (For Example: 168.1.25 yours may be different).
  7. If the IP Address displayed here is “0.0.0.0”, that indicates that the phone is not currently receiving an IP Address
