Log into a Group Voice Mail Box from a Desk Phone

  1. Press the “Voice Mail” Button on your phone (it may look like an envelope or the symbol below. If you do not see the voicemail button then you can also dial *86)

  1. Press * to log into a group voice mail box
  2. Enter the extension of the group mailbox then press #
  3. Enter your personal mailbox number (this will be the same as your extension) then press #
  4. Enter your personal voice mail PIN then press #
