Superview Indicator Icon Timers

*THIS WILL ONLY WORK IN THE WEB VERSION OF SUPERVIEW*

1. Log into Superview
2. Find the queue that you would like to change
3. Click on the “Gear” icon to the left of the queue name
4. In the settings window, click on the “Alerts” tab
5. Here you will be able to configure your timers for when the icon will change to yellow and red
