Q: What department are you a part of at ComTec and what are some of your responsibilities?
A: I am a Customer Support Team member. My responsibilities are varied and can be different day to day depending on circumstance but they all revolve around the same core idea: resolving client issues and requests as swiftly and accurately as I can to make sure our customers are extremely happy with both myself and ComTec as their service provider.
Q: How has ComTec helped you in your career development?
A: ComTec has helped me by investing in my knowledge base and recognizing/cultivating my input around engineer efficiency and service improvements.
Q: What do you like most about working at ComTec?
A: It’s probably a tie between my coworkers and our clients. My team has a blast even on the most stressful days. Also, I have developed some great relationships with our clients and anytime I can help make their day better is an excellent day for me.
Q: What do you enjoy doing most outside of work?
A: Spending time with my two year old son – who’s growing like a beanstalk. I’ve played guitar since I was 11 and I also enjoy playing video games in my free time.
