Describe your role for our community.
As a project manager I am tasked with facilitating communication between our technical teams, removing all impediments to success, and ensuring a positive customer experience each and every day.
What attracted you to ComTec?
While looking for the next step in my career I came across ComTec. What first interested me was, despite their long history of proven success, they were constantly looking to innovate and improve. What sold me was how each person I spoke to within the company was focused on their shared values and creating a positive work environment.
What experience prepared you for your role here?
Prior to my current position at ComTec, I was leading telecom projects at Comcast for clients such as Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile . In addition to that I also hold a bachelor’s degree in Information and Technology Management. I am also Project Management Professional (PMP) and Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certified.
Which Core Value is most important to you and why?
I think it’s a tie between customer centric and innovative. Our primary concern every day should be how can we best take care of the needs of our customers and being able to successfully innovate is a key driver in that.
