ComTec Systems operates on 5 strong values. With one of them being REFLECTIVE, it is only appropriate to look back and reflect on all we accomplished in 2022. One statistic that stands out is employee headcount.
With direction from our President & CEO, Mike Vertolli, our company experienced double-digit growth for 5 straight years. Because of this, we needed to hire more talent. From 2021 to 2022, ComTec added some new key team members, growing staff by at double the rate from previous years.
Ever hear the saying – “You’re only as good as the company you keep”? ComTec’s leadership team has done a phenomenal job sourcing and retaining the most talented people. Evolving our company culture also played a significant role in increasing the number of employees. With people stretched across the United States, remote work has helped attract and keep top talent. We are a completely different company than we were 5 years ago, and that is only for the better.
Although we are busy at work, we still find time to laugh and joke with one another, especially on our bi-weekly team calls. One thing that makes work so much fun is we all treat each other like family. New and “old,” you will hear a common phrase – “I love my job and the people I work with.” – or something like that.
