As a member of Comtec’s project management team, I oversee projects from post-sale to post-install. I help clients navigate the sometimes daunting process of transitioning to a new system, and review each step with them to ensure that they feel that they are our top priority.
WHAT ATTRACTED YOU TO COMTEC?
I have been interacting with ComTec in some form or another for well over a decade, so I was already aware of the high standards that the company sets for itself in customer satisfaction, and in staying on top of the latest technology. When the opportunity arose, it was an easy decision to become a part of this highly skilled team.
WHAT EXPERIENCE PREPARED YOU FOR YOUR ROLE HERE?
At my previous role with GAIN Communications, we had already been working very closely with the ComTec team on many projects. After 23 years with GAIN, I was excited to be invited to officially become a part of ComTec as a result of ComTec’s acquisition of GAIN. After working closely with so many members of the ComTec family, I am now proud to be able to consider myself a part of it, and to continue offering our clients the best experience possible.
