My three biggest roles for ComTec Systems, Inc. are:
1. Be ComTec’s largest cheerleader
2. Advise the executive team on all HR related matters
3. Advocate on behalf of our Teammates
What attracted you to ComTec?
For starters, Michael Vertolli’s vision for ComTec’s continued growth and success. I could sense that he truly cared for each Teammate, and that was why he wanted to enhance the organization with a solid Human Resources department. It is my highest goal to provide “White Glove” treatment to both client and Teammate alike, and our goals align. I also felt an instant camaraderie with Frank Allison and Brian Flaim and that sealed the deal for me.
What experience prepared you for your role here?
I arrived at ComTec after serving twenty years in the United States Army as a Recruiter, Senior HR Generalist, and Senior HR Manager. Each Service Member I was honored to serve beside assisted with teaching me valuable lessons that have prepared me for this role.
Which Core Value is most important to you and why?
I would say that I am Customer Driven, with our HR department’s customers being our ComTec Teammates. Driven to acquire tier one level talent and then develop and retain that talent is our number one priority.
