Q: What department are you a part of at ComTec and what are some of your responsibilities?
A: I am part of the help desk. Some of my responsibilities include being the first person that customers can relay their issues to so that we can have our team look into and resolve the problem.

A: My favorite part is we have the ability to provide fantastic customer service while maintaining a fun and engaging work environment.
Q: What do you enjoy doing most outside of work?
A: Outside of work I enjoy working on and repairing computers.
