Dennis Murphy

What department are you a part of at ComTec and what are some of your responsibilities?

I am part of the Sales Team at ComTec. My responsibilities on a daily basis are assisting our Sales Team with providing our customers customized Unified Communications demonstrations on all of our platforms that we offer. I also work closely with our Engineering team to develop and test the new features for each of our products which allows us to demonstrate the latest collaboration and Unified Communication features to our customers. I also help our sales team with sales engineering solutions that helps us offer specific offerings to our customers based on their business needs.

How has ComTec helped you in your career development?

During my 18+ years at ComTec I have had the opportunity to grow my technical knowledge by attending manufacture training sessions as well as gaining access to remote learning programs which have helped me grow personally.

What do you like most about working at ComTec?

In my position at ComTec I enjoy listening to our clients and engineering a solution(s) that helps them grow their business and make daily activities easier throughout their day. One of my favorite solutions to work on is customizing a Contact Centers for our customers to help provide great customer experience for to their own client base.

What do you enjoy doing most outside of work?

In my spare time I enjoy drawing, listening to music, watching sports and spending time with my 3 kids.
