Describe your role for our community.

I am a Tier 1 support representative I help filter tickets and help support anyone who calls into the office. If there is an issue, I will help you.

What attracted you to ComTec?

I really enjoy the challenges that working on phones provide. I previously came from MSP work that covered a large number of issues. Moving to ComTec lets me focus on one aspect and become the best I can.

What experience prepared you for your role here?

I worked at a MSP and have been doing networking since high school. Before working at the MSP I also had a lot of training on the phone while working at an alarm dispatch location.

Which Core Value is most important to you and why?

I find Accountable to be the core value I most relate to. I like to be self-reliant and am always looking to make sure I’m working in the correct direction.
