As a Channel Development Manager, Justin builds and maintains long-lasting relationships with channel partners in ComTec’s ecosystem. He focuses on cultivating strategic business relationships with agents to generate win-win business opportunities. Also, he manages and trains agents to communicate the value of ComTec’s solutions and services.

What attracted Justin to ComTec is their commitment to doing the little things right. From having a customer-centric approach, investment in people, and their overall focus on improving industry-leading solutions. ComTec’s understanding and foresight for future growth make it evident that they collaborate to solve a client’s needs.
What experience prepared you for your role here?
After graduating from Tufts University, Justin had the opportunity to establish a channel sales career in the SaaS, UCaaS, and CCaaS space. He helped cultivate the creation and growth initiative for a channel program at a high-growth start-up in the SaaS industry focused on standing up and partnering with large UCaaS and CCaaS players prior to joining ComTec. Justin is excited to continue to help establish long-lasting relationships with partners across the country and educate them on the value of ComTec’s solutions.
Which Core Value is most important to you and why?
The core value that is most important to Justin is accountability. Internally and externally, a team is only as strong as its weakest link. Leadership is ownership. When there is trust in yourself and your team to deliver exceptional results to clients, it will foster an ecosystem of accountability. Without trust, accountability breaks down, and execution becomes difficult.
