Describe your role for our community.
My role as the Business Director here at ComTec is to manage customer relationships and business decisions. I am responsible for managing the agreements with our customers, vendors, and agents to make sure all align with our goals and the direction of our company.
What attracted you to ComTec?
The culture and the focus on the Core Values are what attracted me to ComTec. We are constantly focusing on making a better experience for both employees and our customers. That focus and commitment to constantly improving is what makes ComTec such a great place to work.
What experience prepared you for your role here?
I have an eclectic background from my previous roles, as well as here at ComTec. I have worked in Sales, Customer Success, Administration, and Operations. My experiences in these different roles have prepared me to be able to look at any business decision with our customers in mind as well as the good of the company from an operational and administrative standpoint. It’s given me the unique perspective of being able to look at the impact a decision will have on each department to find a solution that will work best for the entire organization. This helps me build process and make decisions that will help our company to continue to grow.
Which Core Value is most important to you and why?
The core values that are most important to me would be Customer Driven and Reflective. Both of these play a role in how my team and I function every day. We are constantly analyzing scenarios that come across our plate and using them as learning experience to make better processes in the future. But being in Customer Success, Customer Driven is in our DNA. We use our customer’s experiences with ComTec to constantly drive improvements throughout the organization.
