Describe your role for our community.

As the Marketing Director, I manage all aspects related to the production and implementation of marketing campaigns. I strategize and analyze, making sure everything is running smoothly from start to finish with customers or colleagues alike. I work with every department to ensure our brand has one cohesive voice.

What attracted you to ComTec?

When you interact with anyone in the ComTec family, you will notice one thing – they are brilliant: experts in their field.

What’s that saying… “You are only as good as the company you keep.” It is clear, ComTec’s leadership has done an excellent job finding the most talented people, and they empower you to better yourself every day. My mantra is that it is important to surround yourself with people who are more intelligent than you — or, in some regards, challenge you to “level up.” At ComTec Systems I truly am surrounded by people who inspire me.

What experience prepared you for your role here?

With over 14 years as a marketing professional, I have worked in various industries. I achieved my Master’s in Integrated Marketing Communications at West Virginia University and earned a 4.0. Having worked in the tech industry, it has certainly helped in my new role at ComTec Systems.

One thing that always holds true about marketing – no matter what company you work for – it keeps you on your toes, forcing you to keep learning; there is never a dull moment. With that said, I am fully prepared and excited to take our company to the next level.

Which Core Value is most important to you and why?

The core value that I identify with most is Visionaries. ComTec looks beyond today to align people with empowering solutions; that means we are staying on top of the latest updates, trends, and changes in the industry. As a marketing professional, I must do the same; and I love learning! The world is ever evolving, and people get smarter by the second. If I want to get our brand in front of potential and existing clients, I must constantly find new ways to do so – how fun!
