Enable Acoustic Echo Cancellation in ZAC
*This is for ZAC version 7.2.22 or older*
This is for enabling Acoustic echo cancellation in ZAC for reducing echoing on calls
To learn how to check which version of ZAC you are using, follow THIS guide
- In the ZAC application you will see 3 vertical dots in the top right-hand corner.
- Click on the 3 dots and click “Settings”
- In the “Settings” window click on the “Softphone” tab
- Under “Audio Settings” toggle the “Acoustic echo cancellation” on
- Click the “Apply” button
- Click the “OK” button to close the window
