Enable Acoustic Echo Cancellation in ZAC

*This is for ZAC version 7.2.22 or older*

This is for enabling Acoustic echo cancellation in ZAC for reducing echoing on calls

To learn how to check which version of ZAC you are using, follow THIS guide

  1. In the ZAC application you will see 3 vertical dots in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Click on the 3 dots and click “Settings”
  3. In the “Settings” window click on the “Softphone” tab
    1. Under “Audio Settings” toggle the “Acoustic echo cancellation” on
    2. Click the “Apply” button
    3. Click the “OK” button to close the window
