How to Check the Status of a phone registration

  1. Log into “MX Admin”
  2. Click on Configure then Users 
  3. Double click on the user you want to edit 
  4. Check the Device Assignment section and note the Device ID (typically MAC Address) 
  5. Click on Configure then Devices 
    1. Enter the Device ID in the Quick Filter search box on the top left 
    2. Right click on the Device you want to check the status and choose Show Device Status… 
      1. Check the Active column for a True or False active statement
