How to Install / Login to MXAdmin

Installation:

  1. Go to your customer specific instance URL example… (instancename).comteccloud.net  
  2. Under the “Applications for Administrators” section, click on the “Administration UI” icon to download MXAdmin 
  3. Once the download is finished you will need to run the installation file that you just downloaded **YOU WILL NEED ADMINISTRATIVE PRIVILEGES ON YOUR COMPUTER TO RUN THE INSTALLATION FILE**

Logging In:

  1. Login credentials are unique to each user. If you already have an account for other Zultys software (IE. ZAC, MXIE, MX Reports, etc) you will use the same username and password that you use for those programs.
    1. If you do not already have an account then one will need to be created. This can be done by a colleague that already has access to MX Admin or you can reach out to our team and we can create one for you.
  2. The “URL:” will be the same as the URL you entered to download the MX Admin application (ensure that you remove any forward slashes “/” and “http://” if present)
