How to Reset ZAC Application Password

  1. Log into “MX Admin”
  2. Click on Configure then Users 
  3. Right click on the user you want to edit and choose Reset user option 
  4. In the Reset user option box deselect all options except for Password 
  5. Then click the Reset button and the user can re-initialize their ZAC application with the system default PIN
