Chris is the Support Services Manager at ComTec, responsible for ensuring the continuous success of customer satisfaction. In this role, Chris manages and oversees support services to maintain and enhance excellence in customer experience.

With prior experience as a Manager and a solid technical background, Chris brings innovative management skills to ComTec. These previous roles have equipped Chris with the forward-thinking and mentorship abilities necessary to lead support services to the highest standards.

JJ serves as the Manager of Field Operations at ComTec Systems, where he oversees the coordination and execution of field activities to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence. He attended Brookdale College, earning a degree in Criminal Justice, which has equipped him with a strong foundation in strategic planning and operational management.

With a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction, JJ leads a dedicated team, leveraging his extensive experience and strategic insight to drive continuous improvement in field operations. His commitment to maintaining high standards and fostering a collaborative environment makes him an invaluable asset to ComTec Systems. JJ’s leadership not only enhances operational efficiency but also ensures that the company consistently meets and exceeds customer expectations.

Caitlin Craig is ComTec’s Business Operations Manager. Caitlin is responsible for providing support and high-level analysis to the management team as well as providing operational support for ComTec’s internal platforms. During her tenure, Caitlin has led the implementation of new software and processes that have allowed ComTec to streamline its back-office operations and more efficiently serve its clients, including the roll-out of a new operational support system and a new billing system.

Caitlin started with ComTec as a marketing coordinator in 2014 and has been growing with the company ever since. Prior to joining the ComTec team, she worked in the start-up and non-profit sectors. She is a graduate of Hamilton College and has a Master of Arts degree in Political Science from New York University.

Wes oversees the project management team at ComTec, ensuring all projects align with the company’s strategies and are delivered on time. His IT career began in Telecommunications in 2008 with roles in Advanced Tech Support and has since gained diverse experience in Workforce Management, Sales, and Business Data Support. In Managed Services, Wes managed medium to large global and regional accounts as a Service Delivery Manager.

Wes attended Augusta Technical College, majoring in IT and Business Administration with a specialty in HR. His robust background and extensive experience make him a key driver of ComTec’s project management success.

Pam is the Senior Manager of Business Operations at ComTec, where she provides support and leadership to the business operations team, streamlines processes, and collaborates with all departments to ensure timely integration for conversions and procurement. Her role involves ensuring that all processes and data are accurate and functioning efficiently.

Pam’s background is diverse, having spent much of her career as a Materials Development Director in the fashion industry. Her experience in development, procurement, supply chain management, and creating corporate processes led her to her previous role as Team Lead for Global Services at a software company. Pam is motivated by creating and evolving processes to meet the needs of the company. She holds an undergraduate degree from the Philadelphia College of Textiles and Sciences (now Jefferson University) and an MBA in International Business from Rutgers University.

As the Business Director at ComTec, Katie manages customer relationships and business decisions, ensuring agreements with customers, vendors, and agents align with the company’s goals. Her diverse background spans roles in Sales, Customer Success, Administration, and Operations, both at ComTec and in previous positions.

These experiences enable Katie to approach business decisions with a comprehensive perspective, considering impacts on both customers and the company. Her unique insight allows her to build effective processes and make decisions that foster growth and success for the entire organization. Katie holds a BS in Politics & History from Drexel University.

Nydia is the Senior Accounting Manager at ComTec, where she plays a crucial role in the Accounting Department. Her primary responsibility is ensuring that clients and partners have complete visibility into their products and services through the Financial Portal. Nydia conducts first bill reviews with new clients, alongside their ComTec Customer Success Manager, to ensure they understand their bills and how to use the portal effectively. Additionally, she assists clients in adjusting the structure of their bills to meet their organizational preferences, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.

David Sherman is the Vice President of Channel Development at ComTec Systems, bringing over 25 years of experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors. Before joining ComTec, David held senior positions at AT&T, Cablevision, Monmouth Internet Corporation, and Spectrotel.

In his current role, David drives growth and success by developing and managing strategic partnerships and channels. Leveraging his deep industry knowledge, he spearheads initiatives to expand ComTec’s market presence and enhance its channel development efforts. David holds a Master’s in Business Management & Labor Relations from Rutgers University.
