Describe your role for our community.

I currently oversee the project management team and assist with all active projects at ComTec. Ensuring our project delivery aligns with ComTec strategies, processes, and on-time delivery.

What attracted you to ComTec?

ComTec stood out to me because of not only the positive interview process but because the company’s core values speak to the spirit of what I personally believe and represent in my daily life. Mike Vertolli’s vision for this companies’ future is what I want to be a part of.

What experience prepared you for your role here?

My IT career began in Telecommunication back in 2008, in Advanced Tech Support. I have worn many different hats along the way from Workforce Management, Sales, Business Data Support and beyond. I then moved into the Managed Services field, which involved overseeing medium to large Global or Regional Accounts, overseeing all cross towers of the account as the Service Delivery Manager.

Which Core Value is most important to you and why?

The two core values that really stood out to me are Visionary and Reflective. No other company that I have worked with presented these two values. These values showed me that ComTec is prepared to not only keep its eye on the future but recognize and foster the people that are going to help create that future. ComTec promises to fight for its employees as much as its customers.
