Describe your role for our community.

I add value to both the ComTec customer and team’s experience by evaluating our engagement on a constant loop. There’s always room for improvement. I assist in the “how-to” via active listening, brainstorming with the ComTec team and offering solutions to tweak how we deliver services.

What attracted you to ComTec?

It was very clear to me that leadership makes everyone feel welcome, supported and important. The ideas and voices of all employees matter to ComTec. They want to utilize the talents you bring to the table and offer you the resources you need to grow in your career path.

What experience prepared you for your role here?

I arrived at ComTec after working for many years in marketing management, sales and operations. I’m excited to apply the communications toolbelt I’ve acquired via print, online and in-person.

Which Core Value is most important to you and why?

The core value that I lead with would have to be collaborative. When you work as a team, you’re much more able to offer well rounded solutions for consumers and service providers alike.
