As a Support technician, I assist our customers and partners with whatever problems or concerns may arise for us all to succeed together.

WHAT ATTRACTED YOU TO COMTEC?

I really enjoyed the talking to the ComTec team members. There seemed to be a comradery that was evident from the beginning.

In my pervious jobs there seemed to always be a disconnect between the team leaders and the rest of the employees. At ComTec regardless of the hierarchy everyone really seems to work together well.

WHAT EXPERIENCE PREPARED YOU FOR YOUR ROLE HERE?

Working in a small business as a customer support manager for the past 11 years was the perfect opportunity for preparing myself to best help our customers with whatever problems may happen.

WHICH CORE VALUE IS MOST IMPORTANT TO YOU AND WHY?

The core value I personally believe is the most important is clear and open communication. So many problems can appear out of nowhere if there isn’t clear communication. I always want to make sure I have all the information possible to best help our customers succeed.
