WHAT DEPARTMENT ARE YOU A PART OF AT COMTEC AND WHAT ARE SOME OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

I am part of the Accounting Department.

My primary responsibility is ensuring our clients and partners have complete visibility into their products and services via our Financial Portal. I perform first bill reviews with new clients along with their ComTec Customer Success Manager to make sure they understand their bill and how to use the portal. I can also help adjust the structure of their bills if they want to see them organized differently.

HOW HAS COMTEC HELPED YOU IN YOUR CAREER DEVELOPMENT?

ComTec has helped me embrace Technology. ComTec has also challenged me to enable teams to find ways to deliver more value to our customers by establishing processes and continuous improvement in our daily work.

WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT WORKING AT COMTEC?

The aspect I enjoy most about working for ComTec is that we have been given the opportunity to learn, share our goals and ideas to be forward-thinking. I feel like my voice is heard and I can truly make change.

WHAT DO YOU ENJOY DOING MOST OUTSIDE OF WORK?

I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and God. I love to go to the beach, my favorite Salsa concerts, camping, and walking in the park.
