Describe your role for our community.

As a Senior Manager of Business Operations , I am responsible for providing support and leadership to our business operations team, streamline processes, and work with all departments as we support the timely integration process for conversions and procurement. Ensure all our processes and data are accurate and functioning efficiently.

What attracted you to ComTec?

Initially what spoke to me about ComTec was their core values and how they truly consider the customer AND the employees. After meeting with team members, it became more apparent that this company works as a team and not in silo departments. The small “family” environment coupled with the opportunity won me over and I knew this is where I wanted to be and belonged.

What experience prepared you for your role here?

My background is a bit diverse working as a materials development director in the fashion industry much of my career. Working in development and procurement, understanding supply chain, and creating corporate processes lead me to my last position with a software company as Team Lead for Global Services.  Creating processes along with implementing and evolving to the company’s needs are tasks that motivate me. I received my undergraduate at Philadelphia College of Textiles and Sciences (now Jefferson University) and my MBA for International Business from Rutgers University.

Which Core Value is most important to you and why?

The core value that really spoke to me is reflective. As a team, we need to celebrate our successes, understand our errors and how to improve where we missed the mark. Understanding this makes us better professionals, a better team, a stronger company and better people.
