Describe your role for our community.

My role here at ComTec is to grow the business in a sincere and ethical manner. I work with prospects and customers to try and solve the problems that have been presented to them and help to keep their business moving forward.

What attracted you to ComTec?

What attracted me to ComTec was the sense of a team that is committed to helping businesses change how they do business. Changing phone systems and contact centers is not an easy thing to do and ComTec surrounds its customers with experts and executes on the vison that has been laid out by its customers.

What experience prepared you for your role here?

I have been in the cloud space for nearly twenty years and have seen a lot of its successes and challenges. ComTec has grown steadily year after year and has been able to shift perfectly with the changes its customers demand. As a person who has helped grow businesses in this position before, I feel ComTec is really well positioned to continue to grow and service its customers that beats traditional expectations.

Which Core Value is most important to you and why?

The core value that is most important to me is Collaborative. People and businesses make tough decisions together and the conversations must be based on a truthful, sincere language. Without it, trust can never be built.
