My prior experience in operational roles in both private and public industries gave me a unique perspective on how to help identify inefficiencies and create better outcomes for the organization.

Innovative. Being open to innovative approaches to solve complex issues is something I feel is very important to the sustainability of a great company. Following the status quo can create artificial limits that suppress the ability to grow and adapt in a changing world.
