How to Setup/Modify a Ring Group

  1. Log into the following https://iplogin.comtecusa.net/  
  2. Click on Services 
  3. Choose the Sub-menu Ring Group
  4. Click on or use the search box to find the Ring Group you would like to edit 
  5. To add someone to a Ring Group, under the “What to ring” section choose the extension(s), or add a telephone number you would like to add then click on the Add button 
  6. Finish by clicking on Save 
  7. To remove someone from a Ring Group, under the “People to Ring” section choose the Extension or telephone number you would lie to remove the click on the Remove button 
  8. Finish by clicking Save
