How to Setup/Modify a Ring Group
- Log into the following https://iplogin.comtecusa.net/
- Click on Services
- Choose the Sub-menu Ring Group
- Click on or use the search box to find the Ring Group you would like to edit
- To add someone to a Ring Group, under the “What to ring” section choose the extension(s), or add a telephone number you would like to add then click on the Add button
- Finish by clicking on Save
- To remove someone from a Ring Group, under the “People to Ring” section choose the Extension or telephone number you would lie to remove the click on the Remove button
- Finish by clicking Save
