Checking if a Polycom Phone has an IP Address
- Press the “Home” button
- Got to “Settings”
- Go to “Status”
- Select “Network”
- Go to “TCP/IP Parameters”
- Here you will see a field labeled “IPV4 Addr”. The numbers listed here is the IP Address that the phone is getting (For Example: 168.1.25 yours may be different).
- If the IP Address displayed here is “0.0.0.0”, that indicates that the phone is not currently receiving an IP Address
