Uploading a New Group VM Greeting in MXIE

  1. Log into MXIE
  2. Ensure that you are logged into the group who’s VM greeting you would like to change
  3. Click on “View” > then click on “Voice Mail”
  4. This will open the “Voice Mail” panel
    1. From here, click on the “Envelope and Gear” icon at the bottom left of the “voice Mail” panel
    2. Click on the group who’s VM greeting you are trying to change
    3. This will open the “Voice Mail Settings:” window
      1. From here click the “Record” button in the “Greetings” group box and proceed to record your greeting
      2. To stop recording, click the square “Stop Record” button
      3. Once your greeting is recorded, click the “Apply” button
